Welcome to the official terms and conditions for First Aid by Megan Bramwell. These guidelines outline the agreement between you and First Aid by Megan Bramwell regarding all course bookings, payments, and participation. We aim for transparency and clarity, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for everyone. Below you'll find answers to common questions about booking, payments, cancellations, and what to expect when training with us. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and efficiency for all our participants.
How do I book a course and what's included?
Upon making a booking request, we will email a confirmed booking with all event details, an invoice, a copy of our T&C's (attached to invoice), our risk assessment, our health and safety policy, and our GDPR policy. This ensures you have all necessary information upfront.
What are my responsibilities during the training?
During both in-person and online training, we expect all participants to engage respectfully, adhere to instructions from the instructor, and maintain a safe learning environment. For practical sessions, please follow all safety guidelines. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund. Please inform us of any specific needs or concerns prior to your course.
What are your payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies?
Payment Terms:
1. An initial booking balance of 25% of the overall cost is due to confirm your booking. Once payment is received, a new invoice will be sent via email confirming this.
2. Please pay the remaining balance within 30 days of the course date. An overdue interest rate of 15% will be charged on delayed payments.
3. Please quote your invoice/quote number when making payment on the bank reference.
4. Payment can only be made via bank transfer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
5. Cancelling within 5 days of the course will incur a 50% fee of the overall total, to be paid within 30 days of the agreed course date.
6. A free cancellation period is available prior to 14 days of the course date.
Course Inclusions:
7. All practical courses will include a free new set of lungs for each Annie Doll for hygiene purposes, ensuring a safe and clean learning environment.
